Labor Minister of India Mr. Bandaru Datttrey has launched Unidentified Workers Identification Number ((UWIN) Smart Card on 10 February 2016.
This smart card will be distributed to those labours who are not attached with any government welfare scheme.
There are more than 40 crore labours in India who are not working in any registered company.
By this UWIN the worker will get benifit of Rashtriya Swasthya Bima Yojna (RSBY), Atal Pension Yojna, Aam Aadmi Bima Yojna (AABY), Jivan Jyoti Bima Yojna (JJBY), Pradhanmantri Suraksha Bima Yojna (PSBY).
